A message dated June 13, 2007, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                                               
filing:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 8(L&C)                                                                              
     Establishing a legislative task force to make recommendations                                                              
     regarding job descriptions and salary changes for the                                                                      
     commissioners and support staff and the possible need for
